Well don't worry, we've all been there (especially me). Everyone pressures us to get outside (yes, the outdoors do still exist) and do something active instead of sitting inside staring at screens all day, and while that might seem impossible when work keeps pilling up on top of us and sleep, friends and an even moderately-adequate social life are slipping away, change is possible. It's a struggle, yes, but I believe in you. (:
The next 7 posts are going to outline basic, quick routines that are easy to fit into your hectic schedule but will still give you the all-around exercise you need to stay fit and not feel like a total zombie.
Even if you haven't done a single sit-up in your life, we've got your back. Each exercise will have a short descriptor, and variations for easier or harder versions depending on your fitness level.
